Who processes your data

What we collect
Through the contact form we receive your name, company name, a contact detail (phone, Telegram or email) and the text of your enquiry. We also record the page language, its address and the referring source. Through our Telegram bot we receive your account name and username along with the content of your message, including voice and video messages if you send them.
Why we use it
The sole purpose is to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation. We do not use this data for mailings, do not pass it to third parties for advertising, and do not sell it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form or contacting our Telegram bot, and on the need to prepare and perform a contract if cooperation goes ahead.
Where data is stored
Enquiries arrive in the company mailbox and in a private internal chat. Only employees involved in handling enquiries have access.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for no more than three years. Client data is kept for the term of the contract and for the retention period required by accounting legislation.
Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@justix.uz. We respond within the period set by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use cookies to identify visitors. Where web analytics are enabled, they collect anonymised visit data: pages, referring source, device type. This does not identify you personally.
