Ministry of Culture
Systems administration, DevOps, Development (C#)Support for the ministry ticketing system covering museums, theatres, cinemas and events. Infrastructure administration and availability during peak sales.
Justix is an engineering team based in Tashkent. Software, platform infrastructure and AI for banking, government, industry and retail. We work where downtime is measured in money and reputation, not inconvenience.
It fails at peak, breaks on every update, recovers by hand. We build infrastructure where losing a single node is not an event.
A week of manual procedure sits between finished code and production. We set up CI/CD, GitOps and security policy so that shipping becomes routine.
Terabytes of logs and transactions that produce not one decision. We take data through to models and interfaces people actually use.
The system stops falling over, updates ship without downtime, server costs become predictable.
Reports that took a week now take a minute. Decisions made on data, not on instinct.
A product that survives growth in load and that your own team can maintain.
Customers finish the flow, staff stop calling support.

Credit scoring platform built on machine learning models: a single API for banks, microfinance organisations and instalment providers. Infrastructure for high load and in-country data residency.
CRM system for gas meter accounting and control: Telegram bot with a web app, built-in scanner for automatic meter and customer identification, analytics dashboard. Deployed nationwide across Uzbekistan.
Infrastructure for a blockchain-based cryptocurrency payment platform, built for a subsidiary of the Paynet group. Kubernetes on Talos, fault-tolerant database clusters, isolated key management and PKI - designed against CCSS requirements for cryptocurrency systems.
Some banking and government projects cannot be disclosed under confidentiality agreements. We are happy to discuss details in a meeting.
Our own products are how we prove the engineering. We run them ourselves, so we know the real cost of every architectural decision we recommend to clients.
Smart booking platform with an AI assistant. Online scheduling, staff workload management, CRM integrations. Mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play.
Our own e-commerce platform: catalogue, cart, payments, delivery and accounting integration. Retail in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.
Payment automation platform for gaming clubs. Clubs currently take cash and manual transfers - Clubpay moves payment to a QR code, then into an app, with seat booking on top.
[Replace with a real testimonial. Specifics work best: what it was like before, what changed, over what period.]
[Replace with a real testimonial. If the client cannot be named, use the sector: "Commercial bank, Uzbekistan".]
[Replace with a real testimonial. Three is enough, nobody reads more than that.]
One hour. We work out what hurts and what counts as done. No charge.
Architecture, timeline, team composition and a fixed price for the first stage.
Two-week iterations with a demo at the end of each. You see progress, not status reports.
Production rollout, monitoring, SLA. Or handover to your team with full documentation.
Three models for three kinds of problem. The first call and the initial estimate are free, before anything is signed.
We review your current infrastructure or build a working prototype. You get a report with priorities and an estimate, without committing to a large contract.
Full cycle: analysis, architecture, development, production rollout. Scope and price fixed per stage, you pay for accepted results.
Our engineers work inside your process and sprints, or keep your infrastructure running under SLA with incident response.
Final pricing depends on scope, security requirements and the access regime for your environment. We contract in local currency or in USD, with full closing documents.
Every figure refers to a system we built or operate. We are happy to walk through the details and evidence in a meeting.
Nothing exotic. Tools that hold up production in banks and that your team will be able to maintain after we leave.
Yes, that is our core profile. We work under security, audit and data residency requirements, including environments fully isolated from the internet.
It comes down to keys and to traces. Private keys are isolated from workloads and never leave the protected boundary, access is split across several holders, and a separate protocol covers the event of a key compromise. Audit logs are written immutably and retained for at least a year. These are requirements of CCSS, the industry standard that complements ISO 27001 and PCI DSS with controls specific to cryptocurrency systems. We design infrastructure against those requirements, though CCSS certification itself is issued by an independent auditor and applies to the system, not to the contractor.
It depends on scope. An infrastructure audit or pilot runs 2-4 weeks. Full product development is priced after the first meeting. The meeting and the estimate are free and carry no obligation.
Yes. We work both as a fixed-scope project and as a dedicated team embedded in your process, sprints and issue tracker.
Either we support it under SLA with monitoring, updates and incident response, or we hand it to your team with documentation, runbooks and training. Your call.
